New caption for The Executioner

Over a week ago I asked on a writers forum if anybody would be interested in writing captions for my fantasy images. I think a writer can stimulate the reader's mind in a way that will greatly enhance the visual experience while viewing the image.
To my great delight I received a wonderful caption for The Executioner image from Jaq D. Hawkins - a Fantasy writer from UK. Jaq has over two decades of writing experience and writes books about Magic and Fantasy which really shows in this wonderful caption for The Executioner image.
