The closer one gets to the edge of perception, the more abstract and incomprehensible the unknown becomes. Eventually, a new structure of beliefs emerges which may lead to a new understanding of a particular aspect of reality.
Special thanks goes to Gert Emmens's "Live - A Long Way From Home" ambient album - for providing a wonderful atmosphere during the creation process of this somewhat psychedelic surreal image.

Once upon a time, I dreamt I was a butterfly, flittering hither and thither, to all intents and purposes a butterfly ...suddenly I awoke... Now I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man. This poem seems to fit this amazing artistic piece.

Love the psychedelic colors. Is this from a trip to a DMT world?
